Valair Airport Parking is the only off-site parking lot located near the Vancouver International Airport dedicated to providing short and long term parking solutions for travelers flying out of Vancouver and South Terminal.

It is located in close proximity, approximately 5 minutes from the entrance to the airport.

Who do I contact for customer service issues?

Can I pay directly at the parking site on the day of my valet reservation?

What do I need to bring with me on the day of my reservation?

We ask that you provide an electronic or hard copy of your parking reservation should be presented to a customer service agent on the day of check-in (departure).

A copy will expedite the check-in process, but we should be able to find and validate you in our reservation system, if you do not have it.

How is the length of stay calculated by Valair ?

Calculating your parking fee with Valair Airport Parking

We calculate our days based on the time the vehicle is dropped off with us on the day of your departure. For example, if your departure date is January 1 at 5:00 a.m., your one-day coverage is calculated from January 1 at 5:00 a.m. to January 2 at 5:00 a.m.

Please note that we do allow a 1 hour grace period after 24 hours, meaning no hourly charge will begin until after 6:00 a.m (25 hours after check-in).

What are Valair’s business hours?

Valair Airport Parking is available 24 hours/day based on Reservation.

Valair Airport Parking is available 24 hours a day, every day based on reservation. Valair works with a flexible operating schedule to support all customers and we are available by booking online. Valair manages cost by maintaining proper staffing levels to fit reservation requirements. If for any reason your flight is delayed/canceled its your responsibility to inform us of your new flight details(not all flight status are viewable when flights are delayed or canceled. 

In addition Valair Airport Parking does support drive-ins between the hours of 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM everyday.
